6 days to go.

Tomorrow is my last day in the office. I’m wrapping up things around here, cleaning off my computer and backing up files.  In less than a week, we’ll be in a new house and a new town.

We’re excited, but I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a little nervous about everything.  It’s a new chapter in our life.  My wife has been amazing, taking care of everything around the house, and packing.  I can’t imagine my life without her.

Yep.

Here’s what I’ve done today:

• Picked fiberglass insulation out of my hands.
• Eaten a half a box of Cheez-Its.
• Called the USPS 10 times.
• Sat through about 90 seconds of a conference call.
• Baked in a room that was 78º.

What I’ve done today.

1.  Got the car washed.

2.  Cried laughing at the Farting Preacher (again).

3.  Played around with ideas for “Dirt”.

4.  Got lost in a room filled with haze.

5.  Printed service orders.
