7hills Logo.
Here’s the first look at a logo I was asked to develop/design for 7hills Center. 7hills is a homeless shelter/help center in Fayetteville, AR. (You can see their current/old logo on their website)
Behind the logo: The green arcs are a literal representation of seven hills combining to form what is representative of a fingerprint, establishing 7hills’ mission to help individual people.
I was approached by the management team of 7hills to do a new logo for them to go with their new direction beginning in 2010. At first, I had to turn them down… because I really didn’t have the time to dedicate to it, in the short amount of time they wanted it. But they were persistent, and really wanted me to work on it. So, after some emails, and throwing ideas back and forth… I told them that I would put some options together and they could take them or not.
So, above is what I came up with and I’m pretty happy with how it turned out; and they are too. Win. Win.

Like it. I like the concept of the finger tip embedded in it.
